Is there a minimum age requirement to enroll in a course?

Great question! For most of our courses, there is no minimum age requirement. Please keep in mind, participants must have the physical strength to compress our CPR manikins to a depth of 2 inches, which can be a little tricky for younger people. Some courses, such as American Red Cross Lifeguarding, do have an age requirement that will be clearly indicated during registration.
