When will I receive my certification?

We strive to process all certifications as soon as possible. In most cases, you will receive your eCard same day, usually right after you leave. In extenuating circumstances, certification processing may take up to 10 days at the longest. If there are any delays in getting you your certifications, we will clearly communicate them to you as soon as possible.
